Matfer Bourgeat Classe Chef Aluminium Non-Stick Frying Pan 16cm

The smallest and lightest pan in this whole Matfer Bourgeat selection, 16cm across, holding 500ml and weighing just 340g, a fraction of the 2kg-plus weight of the largest 36cm pan in the same Classe Chef line. That makes it the pan to reach for on single-egg or small-sauce jobs where a big pan is overkill and slow to heat. It's finished with the same four-times epoxy coating as every pan in the range, so despite the small size it's built for the same long working life rather than being a throwaway starter pan. Hand wash only, as with the rest of the range, to keep the non-stick surface performing over time.
