Matfer Bourgeat Classe Chef Aluminium Non-Stick Frying Pan 20cm

This is the smallest pan in the Classe Chef line of the Matfer Bourgeat non-stick range, 20cm across and holding 900ml, sized for single portions rather than batch cooking. At just 530g it's the lightest pan across the whole range covered here, making it the easiest to manoeuvre for quick omelette or crepe work where you're flipping rather than stirring. It carries the same four-times epoxy coating as every pan in the range, built for a long service life rather than a season. It isn't dishwasher safe, so it needs a hand wash to protect that coating, but that's a small trade-off for a pan this size and weight on a busy line.
