Lincat Lynx 400 Bain Marie LBM2

Need more than a couple of pans on the go? The LBM2 doubles up on the standard Lynx 400 bain marie, taking 4 x 1/4 GN containers rather than 2, in a wider 565mm unit that draws 0.5kW against the smaller model's 0.25kW. Same job either way - holding sauces, soups, gravy or pre-cooked food safely at serving temperature for up to 2 hours - just more of it running at once. At 11.5kg it's nearly double the weight of the LBM's 6.4kg too, which tracks with the bigger heating element and wider pan bed. Brushed stainless steel, 230V, and the same 2-year Lincat warranty as the smaller model.
