Lincat Lynx 400 Bain Marie LBM

Lincat's Lynx 400 LBM is the smaller bain marie in the pair, holding 2 x 1/4 GN containers - enough for a couple of sauces or a soup and a gravy alongside it, kept safely at serving temperature for up to 2 hours. It draws a modest 0.25kW, which keeps running costs down if you don't need more capacity than that. At 285mm wide and 6.4kg it's compact enough for a tight servery counter, brushed stainless steel finish to match the rest of the Lynx range, and it plugs straight into a standard 230V socket. 2 years parts and labour warranty from Lincat.
